Online bookings are available only for the following clients.

You may book online if you are:

• A new therapy or supervision client who has been explicitly invited by admin to book online, or
   
• An existing therapy client who has had a session with Jacinta within the last 3 months, or
   
• An existing supervision client, or
   
• An adult (18+) booking an Assessment Suitability Consultation
   

Please do not book online if:

• You have not seen Jacinta before and have not been invited by admin to book, or
   
• You previously attended therapy, but your last session was more than 3 months ago, or
   
• You want to book a comprehensive diagnostic assessment
   

If any of the above apply, please contact admin to discuss your needs and current availability before attempting to book.

• Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays – Telehealth only
   
• Wednesdays & Thursdays – Face-to-face appointments prioritised

• Standard 50-minute session: $275
   
• Assessment Suitability Consultation (60 mins): $300
   

Your bank card on file will be processed automatically via Tyro on the day of your appointment, in accordance with our cancellation policy.

If eligible, Medicare rebates will be submitted on your behalf.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid referral and available sessions under your Mental Health Care Plan.

• A minimum of 2 business days (48 hours) notice is required to cancel or reschedule without incurring fees.
   
• Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.
