Do you function well in some areas of life, but feel overwhelmed in others?
Do you wonder why things are so much harder than they "should" be?
Do your systems collapse under pressure, leaving you exhausted or burnt out?
Many adults seek ADHD or Autism assessment after years of quietly adapting, compensating, or second-guessing themselves.
They often present with subtle, internalised, or high-masking traits — particularly in those assigned female at birth, queer folk, parents of neurodivergent children, professionals, and those navigating perimenopause or chronic health conditions.
They come to me with a common question - "What's really going on here?"
Would you like to start with a friendly but structured conversation with a professional before committing to a comprehensive evaluation?
This is a focused discussion designed to:
Fee: $300
If you proceed to a comprehensive assessment within three months, this session forms part of your overall diagnostic process and is credited toward the total fee.
This consultation is a standalone professional service. There is no obligation to continue.
My assessments are designed for adults seeking depth of understanding and confidence in outcomes. As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent clinician, I bring both professional training and lived insight to this work.
Rather than relying on brief checklists or surface impressions, your evaluation will include:
Assessments are conducted via secure telehealth across Australia.
You will receive a comprehensive written report that includes:
This report is suitable for use with medical practitioners and other health professionals.
Many clients begin with the $300 Suitability Consultation, which is credited toward the total fee if you proceed within three months. Fees reflect clinical interview time, data analysis and interpretation, report preparation, and feedback session.
For more complex or broader mental health evaluations, a personalised quote can be provided following consultation.
If you already feel confident that a comprehensive assessment is appropriate, you may proceed directly.
If you would prefer clarity before making that commitment, begin with the Assessment Suitability Consultation.
Please reach us at admin@timetountangle.com.au if you cannot find an answer to your question.
No.
Medicare rebates do not apply to comprehensive diagnostic assessments or report writing.
Appointment availability varies depending on current demand. At present, assessment appointments are typically available within the month.
The assessment process usually involves one or two interview sessions, completion of standardised measures, and a feedback appointment. The written report is generally provided within four weeks of completing the assessment sessions.
Timeframes may vary slightly depending on scheduling and case complexity.
If diagnostic criteria are met, your report provides official documentation of diagnosis (e.g., ADHD and/or Autism), along with a structured summary of the clinical evidence supporting that conclusion. It can be used as formal evidence of diagnosis in workplace settings to support discussions about reasonable adjustments and accommodations under disability and anti-discrimination frameworks.
For NDIS applications, eligibility is determined by the NDIA based on their own, seemingly ever-changing thresholds and evidentiary standards. While a diagnostic report can accompany your Access Request, it is strongly recommended that you gather additional supporting evidence of permanent functional impairment. This often includes a Functional Capacity Assessment completed by an Occupational Therapist. Eligibility and acceptance into the NDIS cannot be guaranteed.
A diagnosis is never guaranteed.
My role is not to confirm a pre-determined outcome, but to conduct a thorough, evidence-based evaluation and offer a professional opinion grounded in the available information and diagnostic criteria.
For some people, the assessment does lead to a formal ADHD or Autism diagnosis. For others, it may clarify that their experiences are better explained by different factors — such as trauma, anxiety, burnout, personality style, or life context.
Most people, regardless of the outcome, report that the process itself is valuable. A comprehensive assessment can provide:
Even when a formal diagnosis is not made, people often leave with a more coherent understanding of themselves.
If you’re unsure whether a full assessment is the right step, you may prefer to begin with an Assessment Suitability Consultation (60 minutes), which you can book for yourself online here.
An assessment is focused on answering a specific question: do your experiences meet diagnostic criteria for ADHD, Autism, or another condition? The goal is usually to clarify some facet of your identity at a fixed point in time.
Therapy, on the other hand, is about ongoing support and growth. It focuses on strengthening self-understanding, mapping patterns, addressing limits, and building skills in a gradual way.
Some people simply want diagnostic clarity. Others choose to engage in therapy or structured follow-up sessions afterwards to work on specific challenges or goals. And some people decide they don’t need a formal diagnosis at all — they prefer to explore how their mind works and what they need through therapy over time. These are separate services, and we can talk through what feels right for you.
